Lee Carroll, BSc, BHSc (WHM), is an Australian Medical Herbalist with more than 30 years of experience in herbal medicine, clinical practice, healthcare education, and product development.

He holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine, graduating with Distinction and receiving an Academic Excellence Award, as well as a Bachelor of Science majoring in Botany from the University of Melbourne. Lee currently serves as Chief Medical Herbalist at Real Mushrooms Inc. and has held senior leadership and educational positions with internationally recognised organisations including MediHerb and Integria Healthcare. He is a highly regarded international speaker and educator, specialising in evidence-based herbal medicine, medicinal mushrooms, and integrative healthcare.
